With a classic Sazerac in mind, and with the life and times of Van Gogh in his heart, this cocktail is truly an exploration into the limits of human senses. Saffron infused Gin, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, Cayenne Pepper, and a dash of Simple Syrup

While perhaps you’re more inclined to have images of a cute little bunny hopping and bopping through the forest, I am of the percentage of those touched by Monty Python – The imagery of Bors immediately decapitated, and to the sound of a can opener no less! That is what flashes before my eyes when faced with this Gin drink with bite.  However you’ve come to see our friends in the leporidae family in the order lagomorpha,  may you drink in good health – Enjoy!

Hanger One Vodka, Freshly Muddled Basil and Strawberries, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup

I use to play with action figures. Hour after hour of taping AA batteries to a marvel character’s hands and feet, pretending they were lasers or jet-packs. Army men in trading card barracks and Coke bottles fashioned to resemble missile silos and rocket ships. And as always, Disney movies were the constant background to these uncanny wars and battles for world domination. How easy it was to be a child – so able and willing to be lost in a world of pure imagination. Those movies always act as a connection to a much simpler time… I’m able to sit and watch Beauty & The Beast, and all of a sudden the notion of military advancements in the middle east are the farthest thing from my mind. Lay down and enjoy Aladdin, and forget about ballots and propositions for 90 minutes. I assure you, if you were to rent The Great Mouse Detective and hop on a couch with a loved one, you would not regret the 74 minutes that followed. Test out my theory and then come in and give me your thoughts. As for this drink? It is of course inspired in part by the fantastic adventures of Basil as well as the delicious vodka known as Hanger One – Enjoy!

An amazing Fernet cocktail has been made! Worthy of the Gods up on High, as well as the ilk down below in the trenches! It is an everymans drink. More flashy than Japanese Funimation. More Deep and insightful than a MTV Dramedy. Fit for a king, but made for a woman. It tastes as if Heaven and Hell collided and the destruction left behind caused a single Angel to shed a single tear – That tear then fell a thousand miles downward toward the earth passing through magic and mystery only to land in one of our Martini glasses. Once consumed, it has the power to heal a bruised ego and cure boredom. Shall it ring through the mountains and be heard in every valley… We have a Fernet Cocktail. I’ve known a fair amount of charismatic delinquents in my day, and while they may front with a facade of nothing but PBR and American Spirits – I have no doubt even the most apathetic and unshaven of them would enjoy a moment with this Droog Delight.  The Straight Vodka lends itself to the not-so-subtle and more-so vocal orange and raspberry combination, and once the Brut Chocolate hits your lips, you’ll be leaving the “ultraviolent” culture behind you and melt into one of our comfy 515 couches – Not even Beethoven could get it done with such class and style. We encourage you to read Quinn’s origin story called Mad Love which was written by Dini and Timm (It was pretty legit – It won the Eisner and Harvey awards for best graphic novel of the year in 1994). This delicious concoction was named after Quinn, because here at the 515, we imagine this drink is similar in taste to those lollipops she always enjoyed so much – and this woman knew how to party, so that is indeed a compliment.
